People tell you the truth when nothing points back at them.
A survey here is anonymous unless you decide otherwise. That is the whole reason the answers are worth reading.
Anonymous by default
No name is attached to an answer unless you add a question that asks for one. We never attach one on our own, and there is no hidden identifier tying answers back to a person.
Nothing to sign up for
Respondents answer and leave. No account, no login, no email address. The fewer hoops between a person and the question, the more people finish it.
Only you read them
You, and anyone you add to your account. Not other customers, not respondents, and not us for any purpose beyond keeping the service working and answering your support requests.
Yours to take or delete
Your surveys export to a spreadsheet. Delete a single answer, a whole survey, or the entire account from the settings screen, without writing to anybody.
Encrypted on the way
Every answer travels over an encrypted connection, from the person filling in the form to the screen where you read the results.
Say so on the page
Tell people the survey is anonymous and mean it. Honesty about what you collect is what gets you the answer you actually needed rather than the polite one.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use the answers people give you to train anything for anyone else. The written recap reads the answers to your own survey and nothing else.
